Self-service luggage trolleys can be accessed throughout the airport. If required, porters are available on request during the hours of flight operation in the departure and arrivals halls. Left luggage services, safe deposit boxes and the Vienna International Airport lost property office are all available on level 0.
Showers are available in the JET, AIR and SKY lounges, for eligible passengers.
Vienna International Airport offers three independently operated lounges - JET lounge, AIR lounge and the SKY lounge. Passengers can expect a varied buffet, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, free Wi-Fi, a wide range of newspapers and magazines, relaxation areas with reclining chairs, showers and smokers' booths. The lounges are available free-of-charge to passengers with first-class and business-class tickets issued by various airlines, and eligible credit cards and membership/loyalty cards. For a nominal fee, any airline customer may also enjoy the lounge experience.

Austrian Airlines - Austrian Airlines offers an HON Circle Lounge, a Senator/ STAR ALLIANCE Gold Lounge and a Business Lounge at Vienna airport, all located on level 2. The lounges are open from 5:30am - 10:30pm daily and offer relaxation spaces, business facilities including wi-fi and PCs with internet, TV and reading material and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage selections. Access to the Senator Lounge requires a boarding card for an Austrian or Star Alliance flight (valid for the same day) together with a Star Alliance Gold Card or a Miles & More Frequent Traveller Card. To access the Business Lounge you require a business class boarding card for an Austrian or Star Alliance flight (valid for the same day) together with a Star Alliance Gold Card or a Miles & More Frequent Traveller Card. The HON Circle Lounge is reserved for HON Circle members of the Austrian Miles & More program.
Transferring in Vienna is quick, easy and convenient. The distances between your arrival and departure gates are short and walkable. Assistance can be obtained at transfer counters near gates B, C, D, F and G.
Both train and bus connections are available from the airport to the city. The City Airport Train (CAT) takes just 16 minutes nonstop to get to central Vienna. There is a CAT counter located in the arrivals hall where you can obtain information and purchase tickets. Buses to the city centre (Morzinplatz/Schwedenplatz) run 24 hours a day with the journey taking around 20 minutes.
