Check-in zones are located on the ground floor of terminal 4, first floor of Terminals 1 and 4 and the top floor of Terminal 5.

Money exchange facilities and ATMs can be found before and after security control in all terminals. 

Business Services

London Heathrow Airport has a total of 23 business class lounges. If you do not have access to airline lounges, you can book ahead to attend the Servisair Executive Lounge located in Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, or the NO.1 Traveller Lounge in Terminal 3, regardless of your airlines or class. Business Parking, Valet and Short Stay options are also available for business travellers.

Internet Access

High speed Wi-fi is available in all terminals for free. Pre-paid broadband-connected computers can also be found throughout the airport. Printers are available before security.

Family Facilities

Baby changing facilities are available in all terminals, both before and after security.


Heathrow has left baggage storage facilities available on the ground floor of terminals 1, 3, 4 and 5. Baggage is subject to security checks and may be stored for up to 90 days. Lost property offices are located near the ticket office in Terminal 3 and near the UK arrivals in Terminal 5.


Heathrow offers an airport concierge service for departures, arrivals and transfers.


Pre-paid showers are available to the general public after security in terminals 3 and 4.

Airport Lounges

London Heathrow has a number of airline operated lounges and 3 pre-book lounges operated by Servisair and No.1 Traveller. To book access to Healthrow's independant airport lounges, talk to your Flight Centre consultant.

Airline Lounges

The following major airline lounges are located within the airport. For access to specific lounges, refer to your airline.

British Airways - Take time out before you fly at one of six British Airways Galleries Lounges located in Terminal 5. The lounge series includes an Arrivals Lounge, Galleries First and The Concord Room, all located in Terminal 5A and two Galleries Club Lounges, one located in Terminal 5A and the other in 5B. Galleries First is available to Gold Executive Members and First Class passengers. Facilities and services include free Wi-fi, dedicated work and entertainment zones, kid's zone as well as access to the Champagne Bar, Gold Bar, Wine Gallery, Coffee House and Refectory & Deli. Gold and Silver Executive Club members as well as First Class, Club World and Club Europe passengers are free to enjoy the Galleries Club lounges. Enjoy luxury amenities such as the Chef's Theatre and Food Court, complimentary Silver Bar, 20 seat cinema, dedicated work and entertainment zones and a kid's zone. All British Airways Galleries Lounges are open between 5am and 11:30pm.

American Airlines - American Airlines has two lounges, the Admirals Club Lounge and the Flagship Lounge, located at Gate H in Terminal 3. Admiral Club members are free to enjoy the renovated lounge which features a floating bar and cafe area complete with bistro seating, cyber-cafe, flat screen TV and self-serve and beverage options. A business centre, complimentary Wi-fi, separate TV lounge, children's room as well as seven private bathrooms with spa-like showers are also available. First Class and Business Class passengers flying with American Airlines are welcome to recharge their batteries and enjoy a complimentary buffet at the airline's Flagship Lounge. The lounge also offers a personal service as well as business facilities and a dedicated check-in service.

Virgin Atlantic - The Virgin Atlantic Airways Clubhouse at Gate H in Terminal 3 is Virgin Atlantic's flagship Clubhouse. As such, the lounge offers an array of premium services and facilities. Take a quiet moment to browse The Library, relax at the Poolside Lounge or be pampered with a beauty treatment at the Spa. For food and beverages, take your pick from the Cocktail Bar, Deli and Brassiere or Skylounge. Be entertained at The Den and Multiscreen or catch up on emails at The Office. A concierge and porter service ensure your time at the lounge is stress-free.

London Heathrow is serviced by direct busses and a range of trains. The fastest option, Heathrow Express, travels from London Paddington Station to Heathrow in 15 minutes. Bus services also travel between Heathrow and the National Rail Network at Reading, Watford Junction, Feltham and Woking.
