Money exchange facilities and ATMs can be found in the departures and arrival lounges in both north and south terminals. 

Business Services

London Gatwick Airport has a range of airline business lounges as well as independent lounges run by No.1 Lounge and Senvisair, which passengers can pay to attend regardless of airline and travel class. Other business facilities available include short stay parks, meeting rooms, work stations and phone charging facilities.

Internet Access

High speed Wi-fi run by Boingo is available in both terminals for a fee. Pre-paid internet stations with printers are located throughout the terminals.

Family Facilities

Specialised feeding and changing facilities are located in the check-in area, near the gates, in the transfer area and after passport control. To help navigate through the terminal, Gatwick also offers family assistance lanes and buggies available for families departing and arriving. There are play areas located in the departure lounges of both terminals.


There is a 24 hour baggage storage office located on the arrivals level of the South Terminal and on The Avenue in the North Terminal. The airport's lost property office operates from 10am to 4pm daily at the South Terminal.


While Gatwick has no dedicated concierge service, there is a porter service available to assist you with your baggage, from the kerbside to check-in, as well as from the baggage reclaim hall to your mode of transport.

Airline Lounges

The following airlines have first class and business class lounges at Gatwick:

British Airways - British Airways has two Galleries Lounges, Galleries First and Galleries Club, located in the North Terminal of Gatwick Airport. Galleries First is available to Gold Executive Members and First Class passengers. Facilities and services range from free Wi-fi to dedicated work and entertainment zones as well as a kid's zone, Champagne Bar, Gold Bar, Wine Gallery, Coffee House and Refectory & Deli. Gold and Silver Executive Club members as well as First Class, Club World and Club Europe passengers are invited to visit the Galleries Club lounges. Enjoy luxury amenities such as the Chef's Theatre and Food Court, complimentary Silver Bar, 20 seat cinema, dedicated work and entertainment zones and a kid's zone.

Emirates - Emirates First Class, Business Class and Skywards Gold member passengers are welcome to visit The Emirates Lounge found in Gatwick's North Terminal. Whether you need to relax, dine or catch up on business, the Emirates Lounge is fully equipped to take care of all of your needs. Sit back in the spacious seating area and catch up with the latest news and programs on the plasma screens. Dine on fresh and gourmet cuisine or take care of that last bit of business at the Business Centre complete with free Wi-fi.

Terminal Transfers

London Gatwick Airport has two airport terminals which are connected via a free shuttle train service. Trains operated 24 hours a day and run every few minutes.

Public Transport

There are direct bus and train connections from Gatwick to Central London. Gatwick Express runs non-stop from London Victoria to Gatwick every 15 minutes and take approximately 30 minutes.
