Check-in counters are located near the entrances of both the domestic and international terminal buildings.

Money Exchange

Travelex currency exchange desks are located in Concourse E, Concourse T, and the Atrium of the main domestic terminal. There are also ATMs conveniently located throughout the airport. 

Business Services

There is no longer a conference centre at Atlana Airport. Business travellers can, however, make use of the airport's VIP lounges, post office, fax and copy services, WiFi access and public phones. The airport is also connected to the Georgia International Convention Center, accessible via a free five-minute ride on the SkyTrain.

Internet Access

There is fee-based WiFi available throughout Atlanta Airport. To connect to the airport's WiFi, simply launch your browser, select a wireless carrier, and authenticate by purchasing a day pass or subscription online.

Family Facilities

Baby changing facilities are available throughout the airport, both before and after security screening.


There is a concierge desk located near the Atrium of the main domestic terminal building. Concierge services include postage, fax and copy, hotel reservations, travel insurance, notary services and general airport and transportation information.

Airline Lounges

There are several airline lounges located within Atlanta Airport, including British Airways Lounge, Delta Sky Club, United Club Lounge, American Airlines Admiral Club, Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge, and more.

British Airways Terraces Lounge - The Terraces Lounge is exclusively for First Class, Club World and Club Europe customers, as well as Gold and Silver Executive Club members. Within the lounge is the World Wine bar, offering a wide variety of complimentary wines and other beverages. There is also the Terraces Lounge Restaurant for those in need of a meal while waiting for their flight. Other amenities include computers, free WiFi, power points, complimentary massages and the Elemis spa.

Delta Sky Club - Delta Air Lines has a total of nine lounges within Atlana Airport. Sky Club lounges provides eligible members with a fully-stocked bar, snacks, televisions, WiFi, meeting facilities, phones, fax machines, and in some cases even putting greens. Some lounges also provide showers.

United Club Lounge - United Airlines offers its United Club Members, Business and First Class passengers and Eligible Star Alliance Gold Members access to the United Club Lounge in Concourse D of Atlanta Airport, between Gates 12 and 14. The United Club Lounge provides complimentary beverages and snacks, concierge services, WiFi, phones, fax machines, photocopiers and reading material.

Terminal Transfers

Atlanta Airport's automated people mover, the Plane Train, connects the international and domestic terminals with the airport's seven concourses.

Public Transport

The Metropolitan Transit Authority has comprehensive bus and train networks that connect Atlanta Airport with all areas of the city. These can be accessed via both the international and domestic terminals. There are also Greyhound Coaches available for longer-distance transfers. Many hotels offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport so be sure to check with your hotel prior to arriving at the airport.
