Overall experience during travel and stay was pleasant. We did not face any problem of any kind. Overseas travel agents were helpful and courteous.

Although I regret not to have included water sports in Bali viz. Para-sailing, Scuba diving etc. in the package itself which probably would have been more economical.

I would like to thank Mr. Sourabh for the excellent service he has provided for planning and taking care of every nitty-gritty of my Switzerland Trip from 17th May 2010 to 22nd May 2010 as per my budget and travel itinerary.

I may have irritated Sourabh with a number of e-mail questions (ran into more than 20 A4 pages approx from the first day of planning to end of trip plan) and a few telephonic questions. Sourabh have given all the answers to the best of his knowledge and effort and to my satisfaction. He has also advised me with a few helpful tips that were quite useful during my journey in Switzerland. I am also very happy with the fact, that he took extra effort to be in touch with me, even when I was in Switzerland (a very few people do that), to see that everything was going well. Though I have traveled to UK and some other part of South and South-east Asia earlier, Switzerland, has its own charm and beauty.
