Undertanding of Flightshop staff is much better than that at any other agency. They are more flexible, understanding and do the effort to make the plan that suits you. This is the biggest plus. However i think there is still scope of improvement in terms of ensuring that all client needs are met and there are no slipages. I had no problems on my tour and everything was executed well. The hotel/airport pickups/sight seeing/guides all were on track. i did not have to chase any one once i was on my vocation. Will be using your services again for my next trip.
