Step 1: Bring us a written quote prior to booking
Your quote must be in writing and must relate to standard airfares available
to the general public. Your genuine written quote must be presented to us
prior to booking. Travel must originate in/depart from India.
You can provide written airfare quotes from:
1. Other Indian/Delhi NCR based travel agencies
2. Airlines; and
3. India/Delhi NCR registered businesses and websites
Step 2: Confirmation that the quote is genuine and available
Your consultant will need to confirm that the quote is genuine, available
and able to be booked by the general public when you present it to us. If
it is, we will BEAT it by INR100 and issue you with an INR500 voucher per
booking which can be redeemed for future land package booked in any India/Delhi

You will be required to book your flight when we beat your quote, pay a
deposit or in full and normal change and cancellation conditions will apply.

Q. What does available mean?
A. The airfare must be available and able to be booked by the general
public when you bring it to us. Available means that the identical airfare
you have received a quote for is currently saleable and able to be booked
in the same booking class, for the same number of passengers, on the same
date and at the same time. Fares available due to membership of a group
or corporate entity or subscription to a closed user group are excluded.
Q. What if I want to travel on a different date than on my original
quote?
A. The price beat applies only for travel on the same dates and flights.
Q. When can I ask Flight Shop to price beat?
A. Your airfare quote must be in writing and must be presented to
us prior to booking. It does not apply to written quotes presented after
booking.
Q. What if I want to use this price for my friends to book?
A. The quote must reflect the number of passengers looking to book
as per the quote. Of course, if we can book everyone at the same low price
we'll do so.
Q. Will Flight Shop beat quotes from foreign websites or for travel
that originates outside India?
A. No.
Q. What happens if Flight Shop beats the price I have been quoted?
A. If the qualifying criteria are met we will beat your airfare quote
by INR 100 and we will issue you with a INR500 voucher after your booking
is paid in full.
Q. Does every passenger qualify for the INR500 voucher?
A. No. We shall issue One voucher for a booking and this voucher
is redeemed against future land package booking.
Q. Can I use the INR500 voucher on my current booking that my consultant
is price beating?
A. No, the voucher can only be used for future land package booked
in any Indian Flight Shop store within 12 months from the date of issue.
On redemption only one voucher per booking.
Q. Can I redeem my INR500 voucher online on www.flightShop.co.in?
A. No, you can only redeem your voucher for future land package in
an Indian Flight Shop store.
